Exploring the Ritz Cove Neighborhood

One of the most desired areas for real estate within the Monarch Beach area, Ritz Cove in Dana Point is a luxury oceanfront community boasting custom estates. Neighboring the Ritz Carlton of Dana Point, the community offers homes with unobstructed ocean and white water views.

Ritz Cove Amenities

One of the most expensive communities in Monarch Beach, the Ritz Cove community offers a number of amenities for residents to enjoy. Due to its location next to the Ritz Carlton of Dana Point along with the fact that the Links at Monarch Beach golf course run through the community, all Ritz Cover homes feature either views of the ocean, views of the golf course or a combination of the two. Residents of the Ritz Cove community also enjoy direct beach access along with views of towering cliffs. Homes on the north side of the community are adjacent to the oceanfront community of Monarch Bay, which is the last community before reaching Laguna Beach.

Living in Ritz Cove

The Ritz Cove community consists of six cul-de-sac streets ending in a circular formation. This layout creates an intimate feel within the community while maximizing ocean views from each home. Altogether, the community has four rows of streets, with the first row located on the oceanfront.

Those properties located on the oceanfront row boast gates and steps that lead directly to the public boardwalk that connects to the beach. The walking path is accessed through tunnels that run underneath the Pacific Coast Highway from the St. Regis Hotel or directly from the Ritz Carlton. Surfers regularly park at the Salt Creek Parking lot and follow this path in order to access the surfing beach located in front of the community.
